Most importantly, the results of his work were outstanding! The project was completed on schedule and in scope with the original cost estimate.

Mike was very helpful and worked with us as we had several ‘surprises’ as we progressed. He is a great problem solver and his workers did their job with care. The job was done in a time worthy framework and was everything was cleaned up. I would recommend him without reservation.

Home renovation after hurricane Sandy: Raised house in flood zone 6 feet. Replaced first floor framing and contents. Electrical, plumbing, flooring, drywall, and installed exterior access stairs. All new utilities: water, sewer, gas, and electric.
